Grand Mercure Hotel Hualing

Upmarket large hotel in central Urumqi. Modern, very clean, helpful staff, excellent rooms, warm, good showers and bed, good food in house and dinner nearby. Location was good for central Urumqi business. Reasonable value.

Location is good

Breakfast was good, though some dishes had aftertaste of margarine. If you ask, they make you great coffee from real coffee beans. Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was good.
